Producer notes:
“Wake up everyday and make it happen,” these are the words that Evie's dad Bob lived by and raised his family on. And he took them to heart, turning his passion for farming into a pecan growing operation that’s been going on 20 years and counting.

Her mom, Nora, could often be found in the kitchen experimenting with new and ingenuitive ways to incorporate pecans into her creations – rosemary pecan mixes, pecan shortbread cookies, just to name a few.

Nicknamed “Evie” by her family, she started Evie’s Snacks to carry on their passion for taking the best darn pecans you’ve ever had and crafting pecan snacks that are a joy to eat, and to share.
