Pure Luck

Pure Luck is a traditional farmhouse cheddar made from all goat’s milk. The wheels are buttery and sweet with grassy notes and a tangy finish with the pure white color characteristic of goat’s milk. Aged a minimum of 6 months.

We have a herd of more than 100 alpine and nubian dairy goats and bring in cow’s milk from le-ara farms to make a variety of fresh and aged cheeses using traditional techniques for artisan cheese production.
