These steaks are from grain-finished cows: they have lots of flavor from spending lots of time on grass, but these are some of the finest steaks available. Brad Thoma, his family and a select few of his long time partner farms raise their animals in the beautiful rolling hills of Saxonburg, and finish their cattle on a specialized grain feed.

Porterhouse steaks are renowned for their exceptional taste and quality, boasting a rich, robust flavor and a tender, juicy texture that combines the best of both the New York strip and filet mignon.

Brad Thoma owns and operates Thoma Farms and Thoma Meat Market. The family business began in 1945 by serving retail customers in Saxonburg and the surrounding communities with high quality meat products. They now operate a federally inspected, old fashioned butcher shop and meat market under the Thoma brand name. Their ingredients come from hand selected cattle and hogs purchased from local farmers. Brad himself is in charge of raising the sheep. The Thoma family has become an integral part of the agricultural landscape in Western PA.
