Carrot Cake Conserve

True to its name, Carrot Cake Conserve is a mixture of many of the same ingredients found in its namesake. A delicious blend of carrots, pineapple, along with raisins, a small amount of organic cane sugar, and spices make it a wonderful spread to use just like any other jam. Try it with a little honey-sweetened cream cheese on a scone or bagel.
