Hand-packed by a third-generation, family-owned cannery on Spain’s Cantabrian coast using time-honored artisanal methods. Anchovies are responsibly caught in the Cantabrian Sea from Europe’s first MSC-certified sustainable fishery using traditional purse seine fishing. They’re salt-cured for six to twelve months, then packed in premium Spanish extra virgin olive oil sourced directly from Northern Spanish farmers.
