### What’s included

- Twin Brook Dairy milk, pint
- Bananas, 1 bunch
- Strawberries
- Blackberries
- Painterland Sisters yogurt, 5 oz

### How to make it

1. Add 1 or more bananas to a blender.
2. Add a handful of strawberries and blackberries.
3. Pour in about 1 cup of Twin Brook Dairy milk.
4. Add the Painterland Sisters yogurt.
5. Blend until smooth.
6. Add ice if you want it colder and thicker.
