Salva Cremasco

Rustic, cube shaped Italian Cow's milk cheese. The natural rind features 'fleur jaune' (yellow flower) a phosphorescent yellow fungus found in classic natural cheese. In addition to looking cool, the cheese itself is delightful. Semi-firm and crumbly, this earthy cheese will pair well with jams, honey, or full bodied wine.
