Personal Chicken Pot Pie

A personal double-crusted pie made with our flaky all-butter dough, filled with chunks of roasted chicken thighs mixed sauteed onions, celery & carrots and held together with our house-made chicken gravy.

Pittsburgh Pie Guy was founded in 2012, and despite the name, never actually was a one-person business. It is now a five-person operation that specializes in making pies from scratch with local ingredients in Pittsburgh, PA. Their kitchen is located in East Liberty and you can find their products at some of the farmers' markets around town, and now here on Harvie. Among their offerings are quiche, savory handpies, and sweet pies.
