Local Quarter Cow (200 - 240 lbs) (Copy)
A **front quarter of beef** is a smart way to buy deep without going all the way to a half cow.
This is a **special order for a quarter beef cow**, built around the hardworking, deeply flavorful cuts that come from the front half. Think more of the roasts, braising cuts, ground beef, and slow-cooking kind of value that keeps a freezer useful for a long time.
Hanging weight will be about 200-240 lbs with 125-150 lbs of wrapped cuts will come back to you at a roughly 62% yield.
This is best for someone with real freezer space, or better yet, **a few friends splitting it up together**. It is a lot of beef, and a good way to turn one order into a whole run of burgers, chili, pot roast, soup, tacos, and weekend cooking projects.
This order requires **2 to 4 weeks lead time** and will be **delivered on a Thursday or Friday**. We will be in touch to coordinate delivery once it is getting close.
Total price will be adjusted at the time of the delivery to hanging weight and current per lb beef market price.
The **sale savings shown here are compared to buying the same amount of beef at regular Harvie retail pricing, cut by cut**. So when you see the sale price, that is the value of buying in bulk, not just a random markdown.
Big freezer energy. Better with friends.
