Ike Grigoropoulos, Chef Dimitri Moshovitis, and Ted Xenohristos grew up among Greek food and community, spending every Sunday around a table of slow-roasted lamb, lemony roasted potatoes, and bowls of tzatziki. This spirit of connection through food led to the very first CAVA, founded in 2010 with CEO Brett Schulman. Since then, they’ve made Mediterranean warmth and hospitality even more accessible, expanding to over 400 restaurants across the country.
