1 Pound of Fresh House Made Casarecce Pasta (vegan). Made fresh and extruded at DiAnoia's Eatery. Casarecce are short pasta noodles with curled edges and a groove down the middle. In Italian, the name translates to "homemade" and speaks to the rustic style of the pasta. Its perfect for holding sauces and would pair well with both our marinara or pesto sauce. Vegan friendly too.
