Farm Girl (Cheese)

Farm Girl is the first cheese offering from Twin Brook Dairy. The cheese is made and aged in collaboration with Pleasant Lane Farms using Twin Brook’s beautiful milk. The recipe is “alpine,” basically just meaning it uses techniques and cultures typical to mountain cheeses like Gruyere or Comté. Flavor: rich cream backbone with delicate hazelnut, sweet notes.

Twin Brook Dairy is a family-owned dairy that has been producing milk in Western PA since 1952. Their cows roam on 8.5 acres, grazing from the best possible pasture.
