Escarole, Beans & Sausage (Beans & Greens)

An Italian classic. One of DiAnoia's longest standing menu items, and one of the best sellers at the restaurant. These "Beans & Greens" are made with escarole, cannellini beans, DiAnoia's own blend of hot Italian sausage, chicken stock and Parmesan Reggiano cheese. A perfect side dish along side any Italian meal.
