Churned by the Amish from farm fresh cream that has been cultured, creating crème fraiche, and then batch churned to create the unique creamy, tangy flavour.

beautiful tasting Australian cultured butter and changing the butter landscape. Fast forward 15 years and Pepe
Saya has become iconic in Australia, and now the world! It's locally made by the Amish in Lancaster County!
