If you want to cook lamb roast but don't want any fuss, this boneless roast is for you. Just bake it and slice. Very simple and quite delicious.

Brad Thoma owns and operates Thoma Farms and Thoma Meat Market. The family business began in 1945 by serving retail customers in Saxonburg and the surrounding communities with high quality meat products. They now operate a federally inspected, old fashioned butcher shop and meat market under the Thoma brand name. Their ingredients come from hand selected cattle and hogs purchased from local farmers.
