Blistered Shishito + Goat Rodeo Cheese Kit
## Blistered Shishito & Goat Cheese Kit
Fresh shishito peppers, lemon, garlic, and creamy chèvre from **Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy**. The peppers bring the blistered heat, the lemon keeps it bright, and the goat cheese makes the whole thing feel a little special. Goat Rodeo is a family-owned farm in PA making artisan cheese with milk from their own herd, which is a pretty great upgrade from the usual grocery store snack situation.
Warm peppers and cool chèvre are one of those combinations that just works. Swipe each pepper through the cheese while they’re still hot and you get smoky, citrusy, creamy, salty bites with almost no effort.
## What's inside
- 1 lb fresh shishito peppers
- 1 6oz container Chevre Cheese from Goat Rodeo Farm
- 1 head garlic
- 1 lemon
## Quick Method
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
2. Add the **shishito peppers** and cook, turning occasionally, until blistered and softened.
3. Add a little **garlic** and cook briefly, just until fragrant.
4. Squeeze over the **lemon** and add a good pinch of salt.
5. Spread the **Goat Rodeo chèvre** on a plate or serve it on the side.
6. Pile the warm peppers on top, or swipe each pepper through the cheese as you eat.
7. Eat right away, preferably while standing in the kitchen pretending it is a snack and not dinner.
