Apple Cider

Located on the hillside behind the Main Market, Soergel's cider press churns out fresh, delicious apple cider year round. Overseen by Larry Voll, this operation takes a mixture of their orchards' apples, grinds them into applesauce, and prepares them for juicing on their rack and cloth press. After all of the liquid is released, their cider is refrigerated, flash pasteurized, and finished off with a trace amount of preservatives to ensure safety and lengthen shelf-life.
